Basic Mis-Intelligence [Monday, Period 2]
The Danger Shop was set up almost exactly the same as last week, only now the walls had a lovely, retro, Art Deco feel.
"Good morning," Bond greeted them. "Today's offering was a bit of a late addition to the course, but there was fortuitous timing with this show's premiere, so it would have been remiss not to include it. I am of course, talking about Agent M, of which we'll be watching the first two episodes. As this series is currently airing, I do expect you to keep up with it outside of class." Such a hardship, that.
"Now, something to keep in mind before we start watching. While Agent M inhabits a world somewhat more fantastical than this one, the series does draw from various post-war transitions that occurred in the real world, both specific to the intelligence community, with female agents having their wartime contributions dismissed in peacetime, and more generally. But enough talking for now."
