Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

There were chairs and tables set up all across the lawn; some were by the bonfire, for the people who wanted to be warm and central to everything else at the picnic, and some were set farther away from the action, for the people who wanted more peace and quiet.

There was no escaping the glitter though. Sorry, but not really.

[OCD is up! This is the picnic post for general mingling. Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

The sunlight was draining Carmilla, so she found a shady spot to stand for awhile. And if this glitter didn't come off her leather pants easily, there was going to be hell to pay.

When Gwen had given up on trying to actively be social, she wandered off a little. "Is this the designated lurker's corner?" she asked.

"I think so," Gwen said. "I don't think lurking has to be a solitary thing. But I also haven't put a whole ton of thought into it."

Talking to Travis about not having a lot of friends back home had Raven trying a little too hard to be a social butterfly. "Gets a little overwhelming, huh?" she asked, spotting the new girl hiding in the shade.

"Little bit," she said. "But it seems OK so far."
