"Well, since we had a relatively uneventful week and nothing seems to be pouring from the ceiling or screwing with our brains, today we're going to combine concentration and inner focus with a target. You'll have three options, depending on your level of comfort with weapons: cornhole, which is basically bean bag tossing; darts with a target several meters away; and knife or vibroblade throwing."

Anakin was only going to judge you a little if you went with cornhole. Or snickered too loudly at the name, Johnny.

"We'll start with breathing exercises to get into the correct mind space, and then you may choose your exercise," Anakin concluded.

"Well, most of that sounds pretty hot, so I kind of want to jump straight to seeing how good you are at cards," Johnny said. And by 'cards' he meant 'make outs where at least he was shirtless.' And by 'kind of' he meant 'really.' "But we could get some lunch, too, if you're feeling hungry after killing the dartboard like you have been." He had been paying very little attention to Daphne's dartboard. Should could have missed every single throw for all he'd noticed.

Daphne couldn't help but grin. She liked that he was being completely upfront about what he was thinking -- as far as she could tell. She was enjoying herself around him. "Food is always good in case we later get into a really intense game of cards."

She would very much like to see him shirtless.

Seriously, Johnny was kind of mad that it took him this long to find a regular school suited to him, filled with hot girls who liked making out like all the time. Living the dream.

"Sounds like fun," Johnny said. "I'll catch you right after class, we can stop off in town first, and then... I'm out of card metaphors, to be honest. I had, like one. But we'll have a good time."
