Still want to be a Hero?, Thursday, 3rd Period
Cara had her students meet her at the Danger Shop today, which should've been a warning sign for those who'd taken her last class.
Inside the Danger Shop, there was a large room with four pairs of large boxes against each of the four walls.
"Find a partner," Cara said, without any preamble. "Preferably someone you like. Quickly." After giving them a minute or two to find their partners, she continued. "Everyone pick a pair of boxes, get in, and close the doors."
Once they'd closed the doors, however, each pair would find themselves inside a small, sealed, mostly featureless stone room, with a small stone plinth in one corner holding an hourglass and a note which read 'When the sand runs out so does your air.' on one said and 'Help is coming.' on the other.
Well, clearly, this was going to be a fun class.

Upon examining your tomb, there are no weak spots, cracks or seams in the walls, nor any drafts, the burning torches on the walls are placed at over twice your height, even with outstretched arms, and there is a low bench against one of the walls. Upon even closer examination, you will be able to find a small but sturdy dagger behind the plinth.
Your air is not running out. At all. But the simulation is set set up to mimic the effects, so the air will get stuffier and the torches dimmer as time goes on or if you do anything that would use up oxygen faster than normal. The tomb will open and you will be rescued when your hourglass or your 'air' runs out, or if you do something that would result in bodily injury.
Otherwise, you are stuck there, so find something to do with your time. Cara talked about her feelings then tried to stab herself to give someone more air. Three guess which she tried to blame on air deprivation.

That she was phrasing those all as questions was no indication whatsoever that there mightn't have been any one specific point to today's lesson.
