Vala looked more than a little disturbed by this thought. "No, no! No 'life' here! I vote for property." She pauses for a second, wincing. "Maybe just a little bit of property."

Methos might be enjoying this a bit too much.

"No!" Vala shrieked shrieked. "No cutting or" she shuddered "burning or damage of any kind!" Her eyes might have been a bit wide. "Property! Definitely property!"

Methos shakes his head, trying not to laugh. "Don't worry. Nothing shall be cut or burned or damaged. But really, burning people at the stake was very rare. We have to wait until early modern Europe and witch trials and the Spanish Inquisition and nobody say anything to get burning as a common thing."
