Anakin was in a black, black mood today, students, so...sorry about that.

"You're going to Tatooine today," he began without preamble. "I'm going to wait here because there aren't enough credits in the multiverse to make me step back on that desolate rock masquerading as a planet again."

Sounds like a great place for a class, doesn't it?

"Tatooine is hot as hell and half as inviting," he continued. "There are two suns blazing overhead and so if you don't wear the ponchos I've provided you have no one but yourself to blame when you come back with a raging sunburn."

He pointed to the portal. "Now go away."

"Moisture farming? Really?" Emma had enjoyed this class so much Anakin, really she had.

"Really," Anakin said, rolling his eyes. "On a desert planet. Morons. You're third."

"I'm not in charge of your fun," Anakin snapped back. "I'm here to make sure you don't die, so...you didn't. You're first. Go away."

Kaylin spit again and said a few choice words in Leontine as she stalked away.

Kira made her way up to Anakin nervously, since he didn't seem to be in the best of moods. "Hi, I made it," she said. And hey, there were fewer people here than last week, so maybe that was a good sign?

Alana knew she'd taken a while, but better safe than sorry. She didn't mind not winning until she spotted Anakin and terrible possibilities started racing through her mind.

"Um. We don't get in trouble or anything for coming in late, do we?" she asked, a worried tremor in her voice. "I just wanted to be careful."

"There's careful and then there's this," Anakin said, checking his chrono pointedly. "I almost sent Jess in after you."

Because Anakin was never, ever going back to Tatooine. EVER.

"You're last."

Nathan came in silently. He knew he hadn't done that well but he didn't think he was last either. He jogged up, eyes on the ground.

And that was all Nathan needed to here. He nodded and moved away. He wasn't about to take a chance with that anger on a teacher like Anakin Skywalker.
