Cara had her class meet her in the Danger Shop this week, in front of a simulation of the preserve.

"We're going on a quest this week," she announced with very little preamble. "I'll be leading you through one end of the preserve to the other, with the aim of making it there by the end of class. If we make it in time you get cake."

Considering that just the week before, she'd had them meet outside the actual preserve, clearly there was nothing to be at all suspicious of here.

"It's a mystery," Cara said. It was a good day when she wasn't the one who had to climb trees to rescue livestock.

Kathy glanced at her teacher, giving her what would almost be a glare from someone who, y'know, had the chutzpah to actually glare at a teacher.

"Right," she murmured. "A mystery."

The mystery of programming the Danger Shop, anyway.

"...Are sheep heavy?"

Guess who'd never really spent time around livestock before!

Hey, Cara had seen more than enough sheep up trees without the benefit of the Danger Shop, just ask Surreal.

"Lambs are fairly light." Compared to full grown sheep at least.

There weren't any lambs up there.
