Fandom High Graduation Ceremony, Class of 2014, Early Saturday Evening [Part 1]

Right after sunset, to make sure all types of guests could safely attend, the ceremony for graduation was ready to go. The lawn of the school had been lit up with blue and gold lights, creating safe paths for everyone to get to the seating area, and even in the fading sunlight, the graduates and their guests could likely see the beautiful job that the school's new gardening company had done getting plots of flowers and garden decorations set up around the stage. It might have been a long, cold winter, but there were no signs left of that tonight.

Of course, the pretty landscaping wasn't keeping the staff off of high alert, but hopefully the guests wouldn't notice as they were welcomed in.

Congratulations, Class of 2014! You made it! Now you just had to get through the ceremony. Maybe it would be quick and only slightly boring?

Karolina was all smiles as she went to get her diploma, and she waved to the crowd after she had. The future was unclear but at least she'd made it this far.

Gert stood up and applauded, which led to a happy dinosaur noise of support too. That was something you couldn't get from any other cheering section.

And finally someone who merited loud applause and even louder whistling. Not wolf whistling...okay, maybe a little wolf whistling.

Karolina got cheers and a loud whoop from Victor. A teammate was a teammate, and a teammate graduating was awesome.

Liara was of two minds of this: she would not enjoy watching Karolina go, but she was intensely pleased to see her up on this stage.

She clapped as loudly as she felt was customary, beaming the whole time.
