As the students enter the room they'll see a table that has an array of various materials that no normal teacher would ever provide a student could possibly create an explosion.

"Hopefully you got my e-mail last week to bring in something that you don't mind getting destroyed," Mac says with a small grin. "Because today we are going to blow it up."

Nadia brought in an already rather destructified looking radio. She didn't own a whole lot, and the broken radio was the only thing she could find that she'd have no trouble parting with.

Of course, most of her experience with explosives involved cherry bombs and bottle rockets, so it took her some time to find a *completely handwaved, because I'm not looking up explosives from my work computer, dammit* good combination of materials, but she soon had everything set up and ready for pyrotechnics.

She was looking perhaps just a bit too gleeful at the idea of blowing things up.

Mac summoned up a blast protection barrier for everyone to stand behind using the hand console.

"Light it up when you are ready, Nadia."

Nadia grinned, pulled out her multi-tool, lit the fuse with the blow torch, then ran back.

*KIBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

"Madre del dios, that's fun,"

"Remember, Nadia, you should only be doing and explosion like this only when it is absolutely necessary. While blowing stuff up can be fun, it is also very dangerous," Mac said beginning to lecture Nadia.

Nadia nodded a little absently and flicked the blow torch on and off a few times.

Then she suddenly realized what she was doing, blushed, and put her multi-tool away.

"Yes. Explosions are only for special occasions. Got it."

Mac is transfixed by the multi-tool with a mini blowtorch. "Can I see that?"

Nadia grinned delightedly and handed over the tool. "It's way better than a Swiss Army Knife. It has the blowtorch, a hammer, a drill, a fork, a toothbrush. . . ."

Mac probably spends a good ten minutes playing with the different tools. "I've got to get myself one of these," Mac muttered to himself.

"Blair said he had someone make it in town. Maybe you could order one?" Nadia was in no way staring at the tool and wanting to snatch it back. No, not at all.

"Huh. I may have to do that," Mac said as he reluctantly handed back Nadia her multi-tool.

Nadia managed not to snatch it from Mac, but probably only barely. She flicked the blowtorch on and off again a few times. Then, since she's a nice person and thinks Mac is cool, she shrugs a little reluctantly.

"I guess you can, um, borrow this one sometimes until you get one,"

Mac smiled seeing how possessive Nadia was of her leatherman. "That's okay Nadia, I'll limp by with my swiss army knife until I get to town."

Nadia nodded with a look of sympathy for the poor man using outdated tools. "Okay, if you're sure."

She flicked the blow torch one more time. You know, just for fun.
