Friendship is Baking!!!, Wednesday
Pinkie was wearing her chef's hat and weirdly anthropomorphic oven mitts again for this week's class. There was, in fact, a possibility that she was wearing them still. You probably didn't want her serving up today's baked treat.
Of course, considering the fact that she always served things with her feet, you may just never want her to do that at all.
And this was why pony chefs weren't going to pass basic sanitation standards. This right here. Sorry, Equestria.
Well, what did you want from them? To serve food with their mouths?
"Today we're making--" Whyever did Derek think he would be able to announce the cookie of choice without being shouted over in Pinkie Pie's excitement?
"SNICKERDOODLES!" Pinkie gleed.
Really, he should absolutely have seen that coming. It had all of the makings of a gloriously silly word, and there was little Pinkie loved more in this or any other world than the gloriously silly.
Derek sighed, knowing it was silly of him to have tried. "Yes. That." He wasn't going to encourage this except he inadvertently was. "We have the recipes and ingredients ready for you. Find a partner."
The ingredients were in nondescript, nigh cartoony packages with only simple images on them for labels. But don't worry. It's totally not like any of them were made of people or anything.
"And don't forget your aprons!" Pinkie had a wide selection available, with all sorts ofmoddable slogans and patterns. "And get baking -- HEE -- SNICKERDOODLES!"
