Live Entertainment Appreciation, Thursday

Jono was going to be leaping on the 'no classes' bandwagon today, because any week that had the radio broadcasts mentioning people dying seemed like a good week to not make students walk to the school. Crazy, crazy truth. So he'd sent out an email early in the day, one that stated in no uncertain terms that no manner of live entertainment was worth his students' lives, and then he'd made his way in to the school anyway.

There was no way to be absolutely certain that all of his students had seen the message, of course. But, on top of that, if he arrived first thing in the morning and stayed at the school through the day, he could just hang around outside of the school building to try to keep an eye out for any students who might be trying to make their way in for classes regardless. He was pretty sure the killers out there weren't wandering this close to the school, but he wasn't about to take any chances with the safety of the student body.

... Even if they did seem to be coming back after dying.

[OOC: Open, with Jono hanging around outside, keeping an eye on the space between the school and the dorms all day!]

"Isn't it, though?" Ah, if only having a voice of experience had kept Jono from blowing his face off in the first place. "So... do yourself a favour, Cecil, and do everything in your power to keep all of your parts attached, alright?"

"I'll do my best," Cecil answered solemnly.

[furnaceface]

"There's a good lad," Jono replied, smiling faintly. "Besides, you'll need those for the show tomorrow night, I imagine."

Yes, he was going to invoke show-business, here.

"Oh, yes," Cecil agreed. "It's a bit late now to get the costume adjusted."

Assuming they had them, and he wasn't expected to be a Russian dancer.

At this rate, Jono would be just fine with shoving people onto the stage dressed as fairies and rats.

"Exactly," he agreed, nodding. "With the show tomorrow night," assuming they could pull off that miracle, "there wouldn't be any time to adjust your costume at all."

He hadn't even seen the proper costumes, yet.
