Sholeh had a secret: she was rather vain about her hair. No, it wasn't Zhahar's golden waves, but her red curls were at least interesting and kind of pretty, especially in the sunlight. Today, however, she'd woken up to hair that wasn't just red, but almost crimson. Bright and glaring and completely fake-looking--it was not a flattering color at all!
The bright shades of her hair nearly distracted her from how much paler her skin had gotten overnight and, EVEN WORSE, how much darker her freckles had become. She looked like a candy cane, but with speckles instead of stripes!
Today, your aide was sporting crimson hair and scarlet spots and did not look happy about either. Proceed with caution.
[No OCD today, woo!]
