Fandom High's Valentine's Day Dance had begun.

Marty leads Angela to the dance floor and suddenly feels almost shy as he assumes a somewhat formal dance position with her.

"Suddenly I'm flashing back to homecoming," he says with a grin.

"Hmmm. I haven't heard this song in a while either," Marty said moving slowly to the music. "And it has been a while since we truly danced. We should make an effort to do this more often."

"There aren't many good places to dance in town," Angela said, looping her arms around his neck. "Though I guess we could just do it ... whenever."

"There's a couple of places we could find," Marty said softly in her ear. "Once the weather warms up all we need is a cd player and the roof. How does that sound?"

Marty then fought the impulse to lean over and gently kiss her neck.

Walter led Victor out to the dance floor. He wasn't altogether sure about the song, but the company made it completely tolerable, and the lyrics sounded about right.

Victor laughed a little when he heard the song and looped his arms over Walter's shoulders. "You know, for being so out-of-date, your instincts are pretty good."

"Thank you?" Walter said, slipping an arm around Victor's waist. "And I am not out of date, just out of time." He smiled, his nose inches from Victor's, "Are you having fun? Even without the quest for the rum chinchilla?"

"I'm dancing with the best boyfriend on earth in a really expensive suit. I'm having a horrible time." he smirked and kissed Walter's nose. "What about you? have you ever been to a Valentine's Day celebration before? Or was your boss too busy chasing after a harem?"

"More like hiring a harem," Walter said, trying not to snerk about Arthur, "but Valentine's Day is celebrated differently in my time. It's a lot simpler. I kind of like doing it this way." Especially when it meant celebrating it with Victor.

When the Extreme song started playing, Phoebe only hesitated for a moment before pulling Cole onto the dance floor. This song had a message, too. It wasn't the words she needed from him, not now.

Phoebe tightened her arms around Cole, wishing she had the power to just fix everything... but there was no magic power and all she could do was run on heart and gut instinct. Just take him and go somewhere where no ne of this was an issue.

Until her sisters see them and decide to vanquish his ass.. There's nothing wrong with pretending, it happens every day in high schools across the U.S. this universe or not. He tightens his grip on her waist, nuzzling his face in her hair, taking in the scent of her. After a while, he closes his eyes and just enjoys her being near him.

She hates to admit it, but she's really missed this, just being close to him, even after everything that's happened between.

Sawyer decides it's best to keep quiet now, because the song is just perfect for the both of them at this moment, a hand comes up to stroke her face as it lays against his chest. He really doesn't want to let go, because he knows she's not coming home with him.

Funny cos part of Paige thinks 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' is more apt at times. Still she holds on to pretty tightly, hoping that one day things will be, not back to normal, cos that would mean they'd end up in this mess again and again, but better.

She needs time and possibly a spell to calm Phoebe down once she finds out Paige has agreed to go out with James again.
