Upon entering the library today, William was greeted by a swarm of paper bats. Even though he knew the whole "bats in your hair" thing was a myth, he was exceedingly glad he had a hat on.
"Are you quite finished?" he asked the swarm, after a good thirty seconds had passed.
Apparently the answer was no, as he was swarmed again when he went to re-shelve some returns. It was going to be a long, batty sort of day.
