When the class arrived in the Danger Shop today, they'd find themselves in the middle of a divided room. On one side was a small library with computers set up. On the other side, a kitchen. Kitty was going somewhere with this, seriously.

"And this class would be ont he care and feeding of bamfs," she began, ignoring the bamfs running around between people's legs. "Literally on the feeding part. When you have a pet who doesn't exactly fit the norm, you might end up struggling a little to figure out what you're supposed to feed them. Or, if you're taking care of someone who transformed, you might find out that they're supposed to be eating say, small rodents, or something. If you're squeamish about feeding them that- and not to judge, but you kind of should be- or if you don't want to deal with them yelling at you later about feeding them a mouse or whatever, you have to find alternatives.

"That's what you're going to be doing today. Because programming is a lot of fun, I made sure that between the books and the computers here in the library area, you should be able to find some information on what you can feed your bamf to keep them happy and healthy. I made sure to vary what information you'll find where, so there's not a rush for a certain book and everyone's not trying to get at the same food. And once you've done that, you have to find it in the kitchen- or make it, if you have to- and give it to your bamf. Easy, right? So if there aren't any questions, get to it. Oh, and Stiles, come see me after class?"

She thought she should maybe tell her class that they couldn't just cheat and order a pizza in this situation in real life, but felt like that would be a betrayal.

"Did he run off with the girl again?" she wondered.

"No." At least that's what Cora said and he trusted her...weirdly enough. "If he did I really will punch him in the face. With a bat."

"Okay, the bat might be a bit excessive," she said.

"Well I'll break my hand if I use my fist," he pointed out. "I know from experience, I've punched him in the face before."

"I'm realizing that hearing that doesn't surprise me at all," she said slowly.

"I was actually trying to help him. He was unconscious at the time," he said. "You have to be rougher with werewolves."

He was just making that up.

"I'll remember that if I ever have to punch him." Which, let's face it, could feasibly happen someday, under the right circumstances.

"I think it's an inevitability," Stiles said. "Buy a bat now."

"I have one," Kitty replied. "But I don't think I'd call it inevitable..."

"Oh I forgot, you're not dealing with the same Derek I am," Stiles said. "It might be clouding my head."

"Maybe a little," she agreed. "Along with the fact that you're mad at that one now. But know that if this one ever plays dead to hook up with some girl I will definitely hit him." Because smackings.

"Oh yeah please hit him a lot." Because the girl was likely evil. And also, jealousy.

"Hypothetical me has it covered," Kitty assured him. "Along with probably hypothetical and real Clint, just because."

"Yeah I don't think Mr. Barton needs an excuse to hit Derek with a bat." Or stab him, or shoot him with arrows...

"Which is why I am never telling him about this conversation ever." She'd learned by now.

"Good thinking," Stiles said. "Save it for when Derek actually deserves to get hit."

It'll happen sooner or later, Stiles was sure of it.

"If." See, Kitty had faith in Derek.
