Apparently this week the books had gotten it into their heads (minds? glossaries?) that Evan was trying a little too hard to be an upstanding member of society, these days. He hadn't really thought much of it at first, when he'd come in to find a stack of books about Wild West outlaws needing to be re-shelved. Heck, silly Westerns were right up his alley, and he even set a few aside to read later before going to put the rest away.
When he came back to the desk and there was a heap of books about mobsters, he squinted a little, but put them away all the same.
His last straw was the copy of the Anarchist Cookbook, sitting nice and comfy in his seat when he returned from shelving an armload of books about computer hacking for fun and profit.
"Okay," he mumbled as he went and deposited the book on Constantine's desk, "I know you belong in Special Collections. Guys, stop it, or I'll send you all in there with it!"
The books behaved themselves for the rest of the day.
