Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part I

Whoever worked their magic to ensure that the welcome picnics had nice weather had cut their mojo very close this time around. The weather was lovely today - sunny and hot enough to make it clear that summer in Fandom had finally begun - but the overnight thunderstorms had left puddles all over the lawn that hadn't quite dried up yet.

Still, the tables and chairs had managed to be scattered around, along with the buffet table of moddable food and drinks, and the information table with name tags, the Big and Little Sibling list, and the list of new roommates. The only thing missing was people to enjoy the festivities!

[OCD is up! This is part one of the picnic, specifically for meeting siblings, roommates, and teachers. The rest of the picnic is happening here in an effort to keep browsers from breaking for as long as possible. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

"I've been doing this since I was a kid," Dean shot back. "Unless it's a special case, I can pretty much tell what we're dealing with."

Kaidan held up his hands. "Not questioning how good you are at the hunting thing," he said. "Just wondering if you're going to send the kids pouring through ancient tomes to figure out how to tell what they might be dealing with. You know? I mean-- it sounds like a dusty tome kind of profession."

They could have a date! ...with tin cans blowing up in amazing blue gravity-warping pyrotechnics.

It was the most romantic of all the dates ever. Don't think it isn't.
