Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part I

Whoever worked their magic to ensure that the welcome picnics had nice weather had cut their mojo very close this time around. The weather was lovely today - sunny and hot enough to make it clear that summer in Fandom had finally begun - but the overnight thunderstorms had left puddles all over the lawn that hadn't quite dried up yet.

Still, the tables and chairs had managed to be scattered around, along with the buffet table of moddable food and drinks, and the information table with name tags, the Big and Little Sibling list, and the list of new roommates. The only thing missing was people to enjoy the festivities!

[OCD is up! This is part one of the picnic, specifically for meeting siblings, roommates, and teachers. The rest of the picnic is happening here in an effort to keep browsers from breaking for as long as possible. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

His teaching 'buddy' was named Thor. Or was Thor. Because, you know, Dean wasn't going to make assumptions here.

Okay, he really was, but it was mostly just to be judgmental.

"So, you're Thor." Looking better than the other people in your pantheon. Being alive and all.

Excuse you, his pantheon was all alive and well and being fabulous.

(Well, except Loki, who, while he was alive, was apparently being withheld showering priveliges.)

"Which would make you Dean, then," Thor surmised. Because he was a fucking genius. "Are you new to the island as well, or just to the position of teacher?"

Maybe the shower represented the Aesir oppression of him?

"Ah, new to being a teacher."
