Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

There were plenty of tables and chairs scattered around the lawn for anyone who wanted to sit down once they'd had their fill of the buffet, or to recover from starting to find out what this place was all about. No one would judge the need to take a mental breather.

Some of the tables were out in the open, for those who weren't allergic to the sun, and some of the tables were in the shade, or far from the rest of the crowd. Wherever people decided to rest, there was space enough for everyone.

[OCD is up! This is the post for general mingling! Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here! Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

"I'm perfectly nice," Sia told him. "You're just too busy arguing with me to notice."

"If you're nice, I don't want to know what not nice is," Atton retorted. "I mean, you're obstinate, argumentative..."

"Says he sounds like he's trying to start one of those arguments..." Sia said.

"I talked to her for like five minutes and she didn't try to start an argument with me," Atton pointed out.

"She doesn't know you that well yet," Sia pointed out. "And you probably weren't set on antagonizing her, either."

"I'm not exactly set on antagonizing you either, but you keep goading me into it."

That was about 50% right, 50% very very wrong.

"What exactly have I done then to get you to tell me all these things you don't like about me, then?" she asked.

"You said you were nice," Atton said, because that was a sane answer.

"You are unbelievable," she replied.

"No, your clone is unbelievable," Atton said. "Me, I'm making perfect sense."
