After having eaten every single one of her favorite dishes, all made by her dear father, and then having been hugged to near death by said father as well (and some other hugs by totally-not-mopey redheads), Anya had finally gotten to start her little trip to Fandom. What should have been a fairly simple operation (she was right there) that would have taken her about three hours had to be further complicated when certain billionaire with a penchant for super suits insisted on getting her a private jet. At least he didn't hug her, but he might as well. Anya wasn't complaining though; it had been a pretty sweet ride, and probably the only chance she would have to travel via one of those.

But that was then and now she was somewhere completely different. It was a little scary, true, but also very exciting to her. Even if she hadn't loved the idea of leaving the few friends she had a world apart, literally, you didn't get chances like this all the time.

Now she only needed to find the people she was supposed to find. Somehow. Yep, no problem.

Anya patted her ever so carefully, face full of glee.

“This is so awesome. You so awesome! Who’s going to drive?”

"Well, me, silly!" Pinkie said, pumping the gas once to rev the engine for emphasis. "Don't tell anyone," she whispered really loudly. "It's my first time!"

You weren't hoping for a safe drive to campus, were you, Anya?

"I don't mean any offense, miss pink pony, but why isn't a human doing this?"

Because seriously, hooves.

"That's a really good question," Pinkie said. "I have no idea!"

Yep.

"But don't worry, I drive floats in the parades back home in Ponyville all the time, and I almost never crash them."

"Ponyville? Wait, did the island come with its own city of ponies?" Which was totally not the point but, hey. Ponies.

"Eyes on the will, little pony. Forget Jesús, I'll be your copilot."

"I wish," Pinkie said cheerfully. "You know, there's barely any ponies in Fandom at all! And the ones there are are all really boring." They didn't even talk for Celestia's sake. "Mostly its all you human folk running around. Which, let me tell you, was one heck of an adjustment, when I first showed up!"

She had no problem with Anya playing copilot if she wanted. It was possibly for the best, in fact, as Pinkie was just the sort to get distracted and go take a nap in the back of the bus while it was in motion.
