Billy had figured out that this was one of those weekends even before he'd heard not!Topher on the radio. Now, he was holed up in the library hiding from the weirdness, sorting through the returned books, and wondering if anyone would ever believe him if he wrote a book about life in Fandom. Sometimes, he wasn't sure if he'd even believe a book like that.
