Barbossa shrugged. "Ye be sayin' it where someone or someone dressed like a plant can hear ye, it be completely up fer grabs. If ye be sayin' somethin' interestin' enough somewhere ye be thinkin' be private? Well, chances are it'll be gettin' out eventually anyway." He grinned. "I be workin' on the assumption that all actions be monitered. It be easier."
