"Your assignment this week," Rita said, her head in her hands, her hair frizzier than usual, and her general appearance somewhat disheveled, "is an easy one. In celebration of bloody stupid goddamn Valentine's Day, I want you to write a fifty word article on your favorite campus couple. How did they meet? Where? When? Why are they so good together - or rather, what caught your attention?"

She looked up blearily. "Questions?"

"Maybe tomorrow," he says and smiles a little. "I mean, if she's tired, maybe I should teach the class. Or Rory! Or you!"

"You don't have to make us laugh every class." Chloe smirked at John, getting a little quieter for Rita's sake. "Give Rory and I a chance to be the entertainment once in a while, or Aeryn might hunt us down for letting you get in trouble so much."

The mention of Aeryn makes him wince but he covers it quickly.

"Got a headache, Professor? I have some aspirin if you need," John offers.

Chloe sighed. Really, she couldn't help herself. "Did you ever turn Wilbur into an animal when he said something you didn't like?"

John's not exactly sure what he's been turned into until he looks up...and Professor Skeeter's head is the size of a small planet.

He tries to run and ends up falling off the desk chair and then the desk chair looks like a small planet.

Stupid bugs!
