Philosophy 201- Monday- 1st period

As usual, Jaye was at the front of the Danger Shop theater, but today, she had popcorn in hand, because she hadn't had breakfast and this was totally a real meal, and she was totally a respectable adult. Except for all the parts of that that weren't true.

"This week we're almost jumping genres," she began. "We have a romantic comedy that's also a teen movie from the 90's, back when Freddie Prinze Jr. was kind of sort of a thing. Never heard of him? Yeah, you probably shouldn't have. Anyway, watch, and... I don't know, give me an essay on your philosophy on teen life."

One day someone was going to call her on the fact that her essays had even less to do with philosophy than her movies, and then she'd point out that she didn't usually read the essays anyway so she wouldn't know.

As she watched the movie, Jessica couldn't help but find the name 'Freddie Prinze Jr' familiar. She was pretty sure the Hulk tried to eat him once or something. And wasn't he married to the girl from Wendy the Werewolf Stalker? Jessica always liked her for some reason. She deserved better. Like Movie Mr Fantastic. Meta reference meta reference meta reference.

Percy found more and more that he just wanted to punch the guys in these movies in the face. This movie was no different. The guy was just annoying.

Cade couldn't read Percy's narrative, so he thought he was completely original in wanting to punch this guy right in the nose.
