Improving Your Skills [Friday, 3rd Period]
When the students arrived at the Danger Shop today, they'd find it set up like a few weeks ago, with a variety of targets, training dummies, and the weapons.
Except this time, there were also boxes of chocolates set out. Hurray, discounted holiday candy!
"Hey folks. I figured it might be a good idea to get some more defensive practice in today," he said, feeling much more confident about the Danger Shop's programming this time. "If you want to use a different weapon this time, you can, or stick with what you picked last time to try to get better at it. Oh and, uh, try not to get chocolate on anything." This might have been because he was pretending to be Cupid, or it might have been because he was picturing the targets as the faces of the thugs that had roughed him up last week. Or both, at any given moment, leading to crazy mental images of eyeless gang toughs performing inappropriate acts with one another in dark alleyways.
