Sociology - Sex Cultures: 6th Period

Grissom's students find a note on the Sociology lab door that they should meet in Danger Shop.

When they arrive, they find that a performance area has been set up for them, complete with room for an audience.

"Welcome, everyone! I'm glad you made it. I know that you have all been working hard on your presentations, so I wanted to give you the opportunity to share them with your fellow students. We'll begin in a few minutes, and I'll let the audience in. Happy Valentine's Day!"

Phoebe is so not thrilled by this. She's still in her leather Celtic Amazon costume from when she took over her Arthurian Traditions class.

Paige raises a eyebrow at Phoebe, "well it wasn't quite what was in my head, but I expect Shep'll like it."

"I forgot abut this," she says honestly. "I was demonstrating the power of women in Celtic times by staging a coup in Arthurian Traditions. Any way yu can make the skirt appear longer?"

"erm, well I could try, or you could just change into this (http://www.thedarkangel.co.uk/catalogue2.php?p=177)" she says pulling a dress out of her large bag beside her.

Phoebe hugged her sister. "Changing sounds like a wonderful idea."

She grins, and pulls the white robe out her bag, it possibly looks a little like something an Elder would wear if either then knew what an Elder looked like.

"I have the chalice, bread, rope and broomsticks in there too for the handfasting and and an outfit for Shep just in case."

((and I just had a really bad thought, could this be binding if I say used the handfasting ceremony from Charmed? :/))

Sure, go and ruin all my fun. I was kind of looking forward to marrying Xena: Warrior Princess!

Phoebe grins. "I can wear the leather, Shep... but two words for you: Lana and Belthazor."

Lana turns when she hears her name. "What about me and Bel?"

"The two reasons I'm wearing the dress for this and not the leathers."

"Lana's over there marrying my roommate, so she doesn't get to bitch too much. Though... you know... Belthazor. He is the T.A. for one of my classes, probably best not to piss him off too much."

He doesn't say, "Yeah, because when you're going to piss off a demon the worst thing you need to worry about is what he'll do to your grade!"

Lana catches the first part of his statement. "Hey, according to him you gave me up pretty easily! So..." She makes a face at him.

"It doesn't really go with the time period though, sorry, maybe you can convince... actually never mind!"

"Paige... can I borrow this dress for tonight?"

She nods, "yeah sure, I'm not gonna ask why, but go ahead, I can't see me needing it, I think he forgot to cancel his Valentine's order," she says a little sadly as she pulls the white robe on.

And Bel is totally not wearing a skirt.

Lana goes over to Bel and gives him a little hug. "You look incredibly handsome," she murmurs. "I think Phoebe is impressed."

"Thanks," Bel said, grinning. "You look great, too."

She smiles back at him. "I am so incredibly nervous," she says under her breath so only he can hear. "You'd think this thing was for real."

"I think Shep and Phoebe might be a little displeased with that," Bel laughed.

"And I *know* that WE would be," she responds with a grin.

"Oh, yeah," Bel said. "Allie's real nice and all, but...." He looked wistfully at Phoebe.
