Sociology - Sex Cultures: 6th Period

Grissom's students find a note on the Sociology lab door that they should meet in Danger Shop.

When they arrive, they find that a performance area has been set up for them, complete with room for an audience.

"Welcome, everyone! I'm glad you made it. I know that you have all been working hard on your presentations, so I wanted to give you the opportunity to share them with your fellow students. We'll begin in a few minutes, and I'll let the audience in. Happy Valentine's Day!"

[Let me set up OCD threads. Post away! Anyone is welcome to come and mock watch! Yay.]

"There's an audience?" To say Anders is going bug-eyed would be the grossest of gross understatements. Which is fitting, in Grissom's class, isn't it?

Seriously. It really would, literally, be gross if his eyes popped out any more.

Allie walks over to Cally and Anders. She doesn't know them well, but she knows them, so she figures why not.

"Hey, guys," she says with a smile. "I have a weird favor to ask. Could you stand up there when Bel and I do our presentation as my parents?"

Anders's eyes go wide, and his face turns red. "Parents? I'm so not ready for that yet -- oh! You mean -- uh, right. Pretend. Um. Sure?"

"Yeah, just pretend. I'm definitely not marrying Bel," she assures him with a giggle. "And you guys just have to stand there and drink sake, which is actually grape juice, and accept flowers."

"Pretend. Right." Anders nods, privately lamenting the grape juice stand-in for the actual sake. "I can totally do that. Yeah."

"Thanks!"

"Don't worry," Pip said as he entered. "Knowing this place it would've been found out anyway. You should probably try to get used to audiences if you're going to play professional sports."

"I'm fine with that sort of audience," replied Anders, still obviously panicking a bit. "Not so much when it comes to people watching me about to flunk my project."

He paced about for a few moments then stopped and took a deep breath, covering his face. "Better treat my girl okay, man," he told Pip, grinning weakly.
