Ethics [January 24, 2013, 2nd period]
Ethics class had been told to meet in the Danger Shop this morning, and when they arrived, they found themselves in groups of four floating in dingies in the middle of a seemingly endless stretch of water. They couldn't see any of their classmates who weren't in the boat with them.
Anakin's voice came over the speaker system: "Hope you learned a little bit about your partner over the last week. Here's a chance to meet some of your other classmates. There is no land for hundreds of kilometers, no fresh water, and you've run out of food. The only resources you have are the other people you have in the boat and any powers you and they might possess. Will you turn to cannibalism? If so, who will be the first to go?"
Hope you weren't hungry for breakfast, class.
"If you'd prefer not to participate in this class, shake your head strongly and you will be taken out of the simulation," Anakin added.
With that the students were left to their own devices.

Re: Ship #1
Yes, they lived on an island, but she had never seen this much water before.

Far worse things could be going on, here.
"Okay, first off, show of hands... who here can actually see me?"
He wasn't really holding his breath for anyone to be able to. That was kind of the luck of the draw.
Re: Ship #2
He'd see Jack soon enough, but his initial skepticism was fairly strong. Possibly stronger than an android from a world with aliens and magic should have had.

Re: Ship #2
Yes, he was going to spend this class period, rattling off all of the things the invisible, intangible guy could contribute to this exercise.
Jack was a bit of a dick like that.
Talk to Anakin!
