Drama! Thursday, Period Four
As the students filed in to the classroom, they'd probably notice the list posted on the doorway. And if they didn't, well.
"Greetings, class! As you may have noticed, I have selected the roles you will each play in our production. Please obtain a copy of the script," he gestured to the large pile stacked in the centre of the circle, "and begin to familiarize yourself with it. As I understand it, there will also need to be some 'sets' designed, and so I am taking volunteers for that! Mr. Starsmore at the Boards hashandwavily agreed to open up his place of business for us to use should we need it, and so feel free to take advantage of his generosity!"

He pulled a cigarette from his pocket and stuck it in the corner of his mouth, unlit, while he ran his lines and pondered what kind of costumes he'd end up wearing. The Virgin Mary costume was a given. And otherwise...
Yes, he was giving entirely too much thought to maybe torn-up tights and a short skirt and a wig. So?
