The lights went down when the bell rang. When a spotlight lit the front of the room, Yakko was surrounded by tiny animatronic children wearing costumes from all over the world.

And then the music started. Have an earworm!

"There's a song you know
It's now in your head
It will be in there
'Till the day you're dead
It makes a dubious claim
Despite the song's great fame
But it's a large world after all"

The small children took out tape measures and a globe and started measuring.

"It's a large world after all
In terms of distance it sure ain't small
It's only tiny when you're metaphorical
It's a large world after all"

The small children had calculators out now and showed them to Yakko.

"Twenty-four thousand
Nine-oh-one-point-five
Miles 'round the Earth
Is what you'd drive
That's nineteen days
If you go a steady fifty-five
'Cause it's a large world after all"

The small children hopped in a tiny car and started zipping around the front of the room.

"And that's while driving at a constant rate
For sleep and bathroom you won't abate
If you crash into a shark you'll be late
It's a large, laaaaaaarge woooooorld!"

As Yakko finished, there was a crashing sound behind Yakko's desk. Yakko looked over and cringed before another couple animatronic children hustled over with brooms.

"Just remember, that's protected under parody laws," Yakko said. "So, the world is pretty huge. And it's so huge that there's plenty of places to hide animatronics that you borrowed from certain theme parks. So our activity today is help me find a place to hide the bodies! Won't that be fun? Any suggestions will be taken, and fast!"

Seriously, try not to let it lodge in your head.

Ten minutes after he stopped singing, Ace kicked her desk. "You're not my favourite teacher anymore, just so you know."

La la la la la la la la la la...

"Here, have a tiny fender," Yakko said, dropping a small, bent car fender on Ace's desk.

BRIBERY!

"Will it get that song out of my head?" she asked dubiously, picking it up and turning it over in her fingers.

"I'd be lying if I said that it definitely would, but I'm going to say that anyway," Yakko said. "Yes, Ace, it will."

"Maybe if I shoved it in my ear and through my brain..."

"No, that never works," Yakko said, picking the fender up and jamming it into one of his ears. As he pushed the fender further in, it started to come out the other ear with more animatronic children hanging on.

"We were in his head
It's a scary place
Nothing makes sense
It AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH"

Yakko pulled the fender back out the original ear, trapping the children inside his head once again. But at least their screams couldn't be heard any more.

That echoing silence was the sound of someone discovering deep down in her soul that there was something creepier than French clowns.

"If you promise not to do that ever again, you can be my favourite teacher for always."

Unless Thor took off his shirt in class, because come on.

"I'll take it," Ace answered quickly. Then, even more quickly, "The deal, not the metal thingy. You can just... keep that."

IT HAD BEEN IN HIS BRAIN.

Well, that song would be stuck in Rilla's head forever.

Susan spent all her classes this semester either rolling her eyes or facepalming.

Today, it was facepalming.

Use the globe. The more remote the location, the better.

Check to make sure that he didn't actually steal those children from the Mouse. Right? RIGHT?

So, I felt inspired to do the song and then realized I didn't have an activity.

So I destroyed animatronic children and need help hiding them.

As you do.

Anyway, I expect it to be another insane day at work. Sigh.
