On his way to class, Ronan had had a little green visitor. This visitor was not one of his friends from off-world -- unfortunately for Sparkle, who had been directed (rather overdramatically) to stand at the front of the class, while Ronan slipped a sock over his hand [Youtube; NSFW].
"By day you wear a t-shirt, and by night a dressing gown!" Ronan sang, cheerily; he was standing behind Sparkle, sticking a sock-puppet-covered hand up beside him. "And you wear a raincoat when the rain is coming down! But when it's getting steamy, a playground in your bed: just remember to wear a hat on your..." The sock-puppet looked, uh, down. "Head!
"CONDOMS!" Ronan cried out. "You've got to wear CONDOMS! If you're thinking of penetrating!
"Condoms! They might just save your life!" Sparkle, as previously instructed, clap-clap-clapped. "Wear a condom to keep your junk out of strife!"
And that, students, is what you get instead of Ronan's planned lecture on STIs.
He blinked as the gremlin venom started wearing off; looked down at the sock-puppet on his hand; frowned. "Uh," Ronan said. "... Discuss different forms of birth control and STI prevention in use where you come from."
