Umbridge High School Building, Saturday Evening

There were some clouds hanging around the spires of Umbridge High School, but not enough; there was an overlaying sense that there shouldn't be as much sunlight shining down on it as there was.

It was quiet. Kind of. There was tension in the air, a wound-up strung-up thing that ensnared the school. Somehow it seemed as if even the birds didn't want to touch down on the building itself, and the gates seemed to fold into themselves, even if they weren't quite shut.

And all that on a weekend, too.

[[ wait for the ocd up! ]]

"At least twice," she said, looking down and watching the arrow pass through her. That part never got less weird.

Clint swore at her as he lowered his bow.

Then he pulled back up and fired one more shot at her for good measure, because he was just that kind of stupid pissed.

"That's not very polite," she told him, still unshot. "Come on, maybe this next time it'll work."

Kitty, stop taunting the pissed-off archer who wants you dead.

Clint lowered his bow for real this time, and glared at her. "Go on, get out of here. Take your little friends. But don't think for a second you're not all going to be hunted down." Somehow.

Kitty shrugged. "Challenge accepted," she said, and turned and ran back the way she came.

Still intangible, by the way. Call her paranoid for not trusting the guy with the arrows behind her.
