Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II
Some extra tables had been set up in the shade of the trees on the lawn, away from the buffet in spots where it might be less crowded and much quieter. Well, aside from the mariachi band, but at least their music was entertaining? They might even take requests!

"So, what, you figure they're trying to recruit, here, or something?"
Re: General Mingling [Summer 2012-1]
He hadn't run away all this way just to get recruited into another Force cult.
"You have to have a knack for it," he added, less facetiously. "Don't have it, so I'm banking on no."
Re: General Mingling [Summer 2012-1]
"Swimming back to Canada," Sparkle agreed. "I'm pretty sure I could make it, so long as I don't get swallowed by a whale or a shark or something."
Re: General Mingling [Summer 2012-1]
"How much of a swim is that?"
Re: General Mingling [Summer 2012-1]
A beat.
"But I guess my toes would get pretty wrinkled. Gross."
