William wasn't overly bothered by the uniforms, as it happened. After all, the majority of his childhood had been spent clad in ill-fitting garmets. Some even came close to these in the garishness department.
In any case, it seemed even Fandom was unwilling to let him dwell on it, as his perusing of the latest Scientific American was interrupted by... a cup. On a string. Being lowered from... well, he actually wasn't sure where it was being lowered from, looking up, it seemed like the strings just- appeared.
He peered inside the cup as it settled on the desk, finding a can of some sort of- well, reading the label, it appeared to be a caffienated beverage.
"...Thank you?" he said, glancing upward again as the cup began its journey back towards the ceiling.
