Jeff and Jamie's Haven of Happily Ever Easters, Wednesday
Today upon entering the classroom the students would notice that there were art stations set up around the room along with various paints for them to use. And baskets of eggs.
One thing that seemed to be lacking would be paintbrushes but we'll get to that in a bit.
The other thing they might notice is that Jamie and Jeff are wearing bunny suits. We'll get to that in a bit as well.
"Good morning class!" Jamie said cheerfully. "Today we're going to get our Bob Ross on and exercise our artistic ability!"
Next to Jamie, Jeff was... holding up his hands like he was a cartoon bunny. There might have actually been some hopping involved. "HELLO CLASS!" he... shouted. "This is the season of EGGS! Eggs! Laid by chickens, not like--" He cut himself off. "Eggs. We'll be painting them! With our hands!"
Bunny wiggle.
"Why?" Jamie asked rhetorically. "Because sometimes artistic expression needs to happen between the person and the medium without anything getting in the way."
And it might also be because Jamie forgot to get paint brushes.
"And also because chickens don't have fingers," said Jeff, "So we should celebrate the things we have." That... was him just making things up as they went ahead.
He hopped forward and wriggled his nose. "You know... Chickens don't have to sit when they go to the toilet," he added. "Or... other things..."
It was at that point one of Jamie's bunny ears flopped down and hit him in the face. "Do I want to know what other things chickens don't sit down for Jeff?" Jamie asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I don't think we can talk about that in class, Jamie," Jeff said solemnly. "I'll explain it later!"
"Right," Jamie said with a nod which flipped his other ear in his face. "In the meantime grab some eggs and start painting. And no throwing of the eggs. Or hiding the eggs. Or throwing of eggs at your fellow students. Or teachers."
