There was no Jaye at the front of the Danger Shop Theater today. No, instead there was a thirteen-year-old boy who didn't look much like he wanted to work either.

"Hey, I'm OJ," he greeted them. "My mom would do this but she's really lazy."

From the back of the theater came, "Hey, I picked the movie! That took like thirty whole seconds!"

OJ rolled his eyes. "So there's a movie, about a cop who's teaching school. I think he's undercover or something. I guess we just watch it? No, really, guys, she's really lazy-"

"Start the movie, Lex!"

OJ made a You see? face, and took a seat.

This movie was kind of...weird, but Conner contented himself with the fact he could totally kick the lead character's ass if he wanted to.

Of all classes to have to take a six-year old to, this one was an easy one. Sit back, relax, and let the movie do the entertaining for him. As much as he loved kids, keeping them from boredom was exhausting.

Uh. Yeah. Nearly there.

"I guess, they might have some?" In zoos. "Mostly I think they eat cheese... and meats." It was possible Chuck didn't know that much about Austria aside from that Schwartznegger came from there.

And that they didn't have native kangaroos.

Max had volunteered to watch Star while Goose was in class but Star wanted to go to class with her dad, so that was why she was with him now.

She didn't get to watch too many movies, so she was pretty excited about this class.

Stan leaned over Claudia's shoulder as the movie started. "This is your philosophy class?"

"Yep," said Claudia.

"You are never allowed to get on my back about slacking off in class again."

"Hey, when you've managed to help save the world a time or two, you get to have slack-off classes, too."

". . . I already have. I go to school in Eureka."

"The multiverse, then."

Stan slouched down in her seat and pouted.

Probably because he was completely unaware of Conner's actual parentage and conception.
