Philosophy 101- Week #10- Period 4

Jaye had woken up with a sore throat today, and there was definitely some sniffling wanting to happen. Ordinarily she would just take it as a chance to call in sick, but sick days were no fun when you were actually feeling gross. Besides tomorrow was her birthday, and what had she done to deserve that?

Some people might say this was a sort of karma for taping people who weren't themselves that weekend, or that gremlin bite, or generally being a bad person, but Jaye would definitely not say that.

"Here, have a movie," she said. "Gwyneth Paltrow dies, it's the feel-good movie of the year. Enjoy."

What, that was really all she needed to say about it, sick of not.
