"All right. We've talked a lot about lines, and when to cross them," Rita said thoughtfully. "Who determines those lines? Is it always the subject? And what if the subject of the investigation isn't a person, or has no way of communicating their aversion to being profiled?"

She strolled around to sit on her desk. "Where does the reporter draw the line, really?"

"There, there, Professor," Callisto said mockingly comfortingly. "I'm sure eventually he'll understand that just because you had one torrid fling with that co-worker it doesn't mean you love him any less."

"Now, now, Rita, that's no way to talk," Callisto ignored the conspiratorial look. "You have to be proactive, you never know, Wilbur might be into threesomes."

Krycek ignored it as well, nodding. "You show you care when you put yourself out there, on the line. And maybe your children would benefit from the addition of a stable adult to the family?"
