When Anakin swept into the classroom this morning, he was accompanied by a half dozen droid babies, all holding little stuffed Ewoks and glancing around the classroom with curious, if slightly dead, eyes.
"It's that time of year again," Anakin said, not even trying to hide his glee. "Ethics in practice. It's easy to decide on a code of action that you think will define your life--it's much different to enforce that on a small, sentient being. Thus the droid babies. For the next week, you and a partner--except for you, Miss McGill, and I apologize for that--will be parents to these droid babies. They are approximately six months old, and are crawling and able to understand--" if not exactly respond correctly to, "--the word no.
