General Physical Conditioning

The mats are out for general tumbling. Duncan's available to help and spot. A lot of this bears a remarkable resemblance to prep for martial arts. Funny, that.

Flexibility and the possible lack thereof.

Victor strecthed a little, and spent a few moments practicing his splits. He was excited to finally be able to spread his legs out far enough, and smiled the entire class, even the one time when he fell wrong and off the mat.

Wandering around keeping an eye on his fellow students, Anders grinned and gave Victor a thumbs-up.

Anders does a mostly lower-body focused version of his usual stretch routine, scowling a little bit about still having to favor his stupid ribs, then hangs around watching everyone else do their stretches.

Lana's flexibility from gymnastics training clearly shows.

Shep is freakishly flexible... and very possibly double jointed in a few places humans shouldn't be.

Unfortunately he has no coordination and any kind of flip or stunt he tries to do goes horribly wrong.

The only saving grace is that he doesn't end up in the infirmary ~~again~~.

Which reminds me, futurebucs, that I want to actually use the wonderful resource that is a TA....
