"Yes, good morning, Mr. Giles," Wesley said, using his shoulder to hold the phone to his ear. "I was hoping you might look over a spell for me."
A beat.
"Sleeping?" he repeated. "At --" he checked his watch, "--eleven in the morning?" Good god, that place was going downhill. "Well. Regardless. It's Norse in origin -- not dark so far as I can tell, though I suppose there's always -- Mr. Giles?" Wesley pulled the phone from his ear to squint at the 'call ended' message blinking on the screen. "Well, that was just unnecessary."

He didn't strike her as supernatural, something she only recently realized she could figure out, but she was lost to as why someone would do that on purpose.
