The Club Fair, Gym, Friday Afternoon

For once, Jeremy actually came into the gym on purpose when the club fair was being set up. There was at least one club he knew he wanted to sign up for, after all.

So, he grabbed himself a copy of the club schedule, and set out to explore his options.

Simon wasn't really intending to sign up for anything this time around, because his focus was elsewhere, not on extracurriculars.

But he was here all the same, watching people from his seat by a table.

"Oh." Simon's smile took a turn for the slightly embarrassed, even though the weekend had barely done anything to him. It was just... sympathetic towards everyone else. "I wasn't really affected."

"I had this sort of... UST thing going with Peter of all people," Mercy said, looking baffled. "And then I ended up on some reality show to marry my Big Brother, Tony. I was actually in a hot tub with him, but it faded to dark before we did anything but hold hands, thank heavens."

"I'm sorry," he said, sincerely, even if he looked slightly amused. Look, the island had done far worse things in the past. "But this week has been... normal, hasn't it?"

He was sure the next weird thing was just around the corner.
