Today we're bringing in the role of trust in the S/M/R paradigm. Why is it important/ How does one gain or lose it? And what happens when it's broken? Discuss.

Last term we did trust and confronted personal space issues and secrets. Now we're moving on to marketing and public relations...how does a business engender trust? To what end? How do trust and layalty go hand in hand? Discuss.
