Library [2/6/2006]

Parker opened the library, and started making plans. She may have been drinking a lot of coffee.

"He was very interested in my hat and uniform," Fraser says, nodding solemnly. "He seemed sincere enough during our conversation. Though he did talk to a cat and, if I heard correctly, told the cat he was the reason that Mr. Harris didn't have a girlfriend."

Angela grins. "That was Faithful, Alanna Trebond's cat. He, um -" Angela realizes that if Fraser hadn't heard Faithful talk, Faithful probably had a reason for it. "He's a good listener?" she finishes.

Fraser grins and offers his hat to Angela again.

"I didn't mean to come on so strong," he says.

"I wouldn't mind if you did," Angela says, then blushes. "I mean, it's nice that you're all worried about us. Our last security guard wasn't so much for the talking."

She puts on the hat. "How does it look?"

"Thank you kindly for the compliment," Fraser says, smiling. He steps back and looks at her with his hat on her head. "It looks good. It's a good color for you."

"Thanks," Angela says, feeling very warm as she pats the hat.

She hands the hat back to him. "Is there anything else I could help you with?"
