Pip sits down and plays rollercoaster tycoon. The glint in his eye says that this game may be appearing on his PC sometime soon.

Angela taps Pip on the shoulder. "Hey. Mind sharing the computer with me?"

"Yes. I find you very offensive. How dare you ask to use the computer? HOW DARE YOU?"

Pip chuckles and rolls over to the side (assuming they have roll-y office chairs) "Sure, hop on."

Angela is too tired and worried to feel like joking. "Thanks," she says, flatly as she pulls a chair over, and Pip might be able to tell her mind is elsewhere.

"So how's the game going?"

"Not bad. I just built a really great powered launch roller coaster," Pip said, pointing the said artifact. "I was just about to open it." He glanced over. "You alright?"

"Kind of?" Angela says. "Did you hear the radio this morning? A girl I'm really good friends with got attacked last night, so I'm worried about her."

Pip shook his head. "That's way too many attacks in one bloody week," he said, grimly. "Aren't those new troopers supposed to be keeping order in the town?"

Angela snorts. "No fucking kidding. I did some research on vampires last semester, and -- someone in this town should have been able to kill them by now, whether it's the troopers or just one of the random people with superpowers. They're way too lucky, to get away with this for so long."

"Maybe the snow will keep them inside for a while," she says, but she doesn't look entirely hopeful.

"Really? I've been doing some research on out paranormal friends myself. Mostly out of a sense of general paranoia Which reminds me, I need to visit Tex later. Anyway, what did you find out?".

"We needed to know, then," Angela says, hesitantly, not sure how much Pip needs to hear. "Angel was evil."

"And I found out ... pretty much what you would think from movies, I guess, though they don't all have Romanian accents. They're different from world to world, but the ones we have here are really strong and fast and don't like sunlight or holy water. To kill them, you can behead them, set them on fire, or shove a stake into their hearts. The hard part is getting them to stay in one place long enough to do it."

Pippi sits down with Pip. She is the strongest girl in at least her world. no body is going to keep her from checking this game out. She doesn't shove any body out of the way. she'll just watch facinated untill she gets a turn.
