"Okay, remember how I said we were going to go over divination more today? I lied. Mostly because I forgot I told you guys we were gonna be having monthly quizzes. Because I didn't give you time to prep, it'll be an easy one this time, and we'll have some time for you to review your notes or ask questions before you take the quiz."

1. Sympathy: Also called Magnetism. The first law of which is the Principle of Knowledge that, put simply, states that knowledge of a thing brings control of a thing.
Contagion: The third law of Sympathy, the Principle of Contagion, or Contact, which embodies the concept that objects once in contact will remain in contact regardless of their degree of separation.
Antipathy: Everything has an opposite, and where this opposite is observed to be contrary to a thing, it may be used to drive out, exorcise, dispel, or counter that thing.

2. That magic is so closely associated with dark motivations or evil.

3. What goes around, comes around. Doing 'good' builds positive karma, which will supposedly be repaid in your next life. 'Bad' deeds and actions are counted against you and generally come back to make you miserable in return.

4. Extispicy, or divination by examining entrails.
