1. Sympathy: knowledge of a thing brings control of a thing.
Contagion: the concept that objects once in contact will remain in contact regardless of their degree of separation.
Antipathy: Everything has an opposite, and where this opposite isobserved to be contrary to a thing, it may be used to drive out, exorcise, dispel, or counter that thing.

2. That witches use black magic and that they use the magic to only serve themselves.

3. Karma: You burn someone in this life they get to burn you in the next one. Everything good or bad you do in this life has an impact on your next life.
