Welcome Dance - the Gym

The streamers and banners are up. So are a zillion multi-colored helium balloons.

The floor is cleared, and the bandstand is up at the north side of the room, ready for Dusted Bunnies to take their places.

The refreshment table, with the (as yet) unspiked punch is in place. There are chips and stuff as well, Chex mix, a few nachos and some guacamole.

"All of the above sounds like a good start," Callisto did not take Angel's hand, because that would have been possesive, and Callisto wasn't like that at all.

Angel absolutely hated strong and possesive girls, so he certainly didn't let her take his hand. "There could be all of the above. I don't feel I can say enough how much dancing and I do not happen in the same dimension. I'm prepared to be very grateful to a girlfriend that enables that."

"I appreciate that." There was a moment of silence. Angel might've rubbed his thumb against Callisto's wrist.

"Um. You don't always have to do that, by the way," he added, very studiously not making eye contact. "Some occasions do not need gentle. Just... uh. If you were curious."

"Just as well, considering that perfect happiness clause," Angel said, philosophically. "Little disappointment's just keeping things safe, right? So you should, you know, feel free to disappoint me a lot in that regard."
