Lorelai nods. "Most definitely. You know what? Can you stop by my office at some point today or Thursday? There's some things I want to go over with you."

"I'm Boone Carlyle." He is standing as if he's almost unsure of himself, wanting to put his hands back into his pockets. "Uh, I'm from Palo Altos in California. I'm pretty, well, average, especially compared to other people in this school. I can't write music or poetry to save my life, but I do draw, every now and then."

"I'm Lindsey McDonald. Interesting? I'm dating your hot TA but I love my fridge more. Um, I play guitar and I write songs sometimes and sing them for your hot TA. And I want to be a lawyer."

"Well, Lindsey, you'll have to bring your guitar in sometime and sing for us," Lorelai says with a grin. And if you do anything to hurt my hot TA, I will kill you dead.

"I'm Lisa Cuddy. I'm from New Jersey, I want to be a doctor someday, and I love Dungeons and Dragons and... I had a crush on that middle Hanson kid when I was like, nine."

Lorelai gives Lisa a sympathetic look. "You're very brave for admitting that in public," she says. "Not like your age demographic had a lot of good bands to choose from. I, myself, was the number one Bangles fan in my day. But unfortunately, they just don't make music like that anymore."
