As the students enter into the Danger ~~Room~~ Shop, they'll see that it has been transformed into a scrapyard, filled with various mechanical machines, scrap metal etc.

A section of the Junkyard has been put aside for the typical tools you would find in a metal/wood shop.

"Morning Kids. Before we do anything else, we will go over The Rules of the Danger Shop."

After the rules have been gone over, Mac then does Roll Call to make sure everyone is there. Then Mac walks everyone through the safety percautions and techniques to use any of the shop tools.

When that is complete, Mac rolls out a cart that has ground coffee and various types of coffee filters.

Today we are going to build a coffee machine.

To do this you must:
1. Fashion a container and device to boil water
2. Fashion a device to filter water through the coffee grounds
3. Fashion a device to receive the coffee

Notes: There are no Coffee Brewers or Percolators in the Junk Yard. I know. I fixed them. If you find a device that will heat the coffee (hotplate etc), chances are it is broken and you must take the time to fix it. Shop equipment cannot be used as functioning part of the coffee maker. Only to build it.

Izzie glances over at the boy seemingly talking to her. "Ummm..." she says, smiling politely. "I think you might have me confused with someone else. I'm Izzie."

She pauses, then smiles brighter. "It's very nice to meet you, though."

Xander looks at her with concern. "Er. Isabel - you didn't happen to get bitten by a gremlin recently, did you?"

Izzie stares at the strange boy, perplexed. She hasn't met him before this class, she's sure of that. And gremlins? Someone mentioned something about watching out for gremlins when she arrived, but she was pretty sure none had bitten her recently....well, ever.

Frowning at the boy, Izzie replies,"No gremlin bites here. Who do you think I am any way?"

Xander looked even more perplexed. Maybe they'd assigned him a roommie with multiple personalities?

"Sudden wave of amnesia? You didn't drink the water in the duck pond, did you? Because that stuff can't be good for anyone. God, I'm a horrible roommate - I should've given you the rundown on stuff not to touch around here when you moved in."

Bursting out laughing, Izzie manages to say, "You really have the wrong person because I know for sure that you aren't my roommate."

"Maybe you have amnesia,"she suggests, still giggling.

"Or maybe I've been gremlin-bit," Xander said agreeably. "Except we had this conversation when you moved in, and you insisted you weren't a hallucination." He shook his head, as if trying to make lint fall out of his ears and unclog his brain.

"I'd think this was a Cam-and-John thing, but you are Isabel, right?"
